While searching through some old files, I came across this one. It was
written up after a conversation with someone about life goals several
months after my ex-wife through me out to move her bf in.
The enumerated lines are the original text. My comments will follow.
1) Get laid
Sadly,
this is still on the list. The thought of my ex wife being the only
women I'll ever have been with is unsettling to say the least. Nothing I
can do about it though.
2) Get my room cleaned out
This
will never happen. My old room is being used as a storage unit for mom's
stuff. The only way I'll ever have my own room is to move out.
3) Clean up the kitchen cupboards
This one was mostly done. I've pretty much gone through them all and cleaned out what I could.
4) Clean out the bathroom
That one is pretty much done. Have cleaned out and reorganized most of it.
5) Clean out the pantry in the bathroom
Meh. I've cleaned a little bit of it out. No place to put the rest of the crap.
6) Clean out the basement
This one is an ongoing process. lol. Would be easier if the basement had an outside access door.
7) Water seal basement
Ya. That wont happen. Wont be cleaned out enough and would take a shitload of sealant.
8) Build shelves for basement
No money for the wood or table saw.
9) Build a folding table for beside the dryer

A) Get better at video editing
That one I did. Got pretty good at it until I lost the desire to make videos.
B) Figure out that damned After Effects program
Did this one too. Had trouble before because the computer I was running it on couldn't handle it. lol
C) Install a garbage disposal
Would take electrical work. Can't afford an electrician.
D) Restart my eBay business
This one is still on the list. Wish I had the room to do it.
E) Get it threw to you that you deserve someone better then ryan.
This
was obviously directed at the person I made the list for. Since she's
since married and had a child with another man, I think this one can be
checked off. lol
F) Loose more weight. more more more more!
Put half the weight I lost back on since then. Wont happen. Too stressed out here.
10) Finally get some female to masturbate for me live on cam
Still haven't checked this one off the list. lol.
11) Digitize all my old VHS tapes. Well. The ones worth saving anyways.
Not done this either. More of a meh factor.
12) Scan and OCR my old magazines.
Don't think I'll do this. Too much work for no real reason.
13) Sort out the stuff I'm finding around the house to sell on eBay
Meh. Doubt I'll have my eBaying going so why bother.
14) Figure out just wtf some of the previous stuff actually is.
That might not be possible. lol
15) Get a new digital camera. Something with an optical zoom.
That's still on the "wish list" to get.
16) Get a video camera
So is this.
17) Come up with a name for my pornotube account
*chuckles*
18) Finish learning C
No point in this one.
19) Get OS/2 running
Sorta have. Just can't get it to play nice with any NIC cards I have.
1A) Get my BBS back online for shits and giggles
Until I get OS/2 to use a NIC card, that wont happen.
1B) Get a picture of you. lol
Again, directed at the person I was having the conversation about this list too. I got it checked off the list though.
1C) Complete GTA:SA to 100% (ok, so this one is unrealistic. lol Had to have at least one unattainable one on the list)

1D) Complete Doom 3
Checked this one off. Multiple times. Even got through the game on Nightmare level. *bows*
1E) Get my old file CDs sorted out
Not sure there's a point to that one either since I wont have the BBS or my file website online again.
1F) Get the files on my HD sorted out.
Not sure that's possible just because of the mass amounts of shit I have on my HDs. lol
20) Get the stuff that's ready to burn finally burned onto CDR
Have done that many times. In fact, I've moved on from CDRs to DVDRs. lol
21) Become famous on YouTube. LOL (Had to have one stupid one lol)

22) If I loose enough weight, sky dive. then BASE jump
Don't see that happening either.

When I loose weight, get a long black leather duster jacket and dress
like Neo did cause I would look fucking hot like that. lol
Wont happen. Doubt even that would make me look hot. lol.
24) Maybe have a child. Still not 100% sure on that. lol.
This wont happen since I'd need a mate to do it. lol
25) Fire an automatic machine gun
Still waiting on the zombie Apocalypse for this one. lol
26) Get published again.
At least once more would be nice.
27) Loose enough weight so I don't need the diabetic meds any more
Sorta stopped taking the meds anyways. Can't afford them or the testing supplies.

Figure out that damned After Effects program. Yes. I know I listed this
twice. I felt I needed too because that program is a bitch and pissing
me off. lol
Already have. Like I previously said.
