While cleaning up from a previous project, I had a few scraps of spouting left. A down spout and an elbow.

I went to pick up the garden hose that was laying on the ground and the idea hit me.

I trimmed off the sides of the down spout section and took off it's elbow piece. I then attached a larger elbow to it with some leftover screws.

I then screwed it to the house with longer screws and washers.

Here's a picture of the hose hook with the garden hose hanging on it.

Not to bad of an idea if I do say so myself.

Now. Let's just see if it stays there and the screws don't rip out of the wall. lol

I added a little end cap using some leftover pieces I cut off of the down spout. Makes it look a little nicer.

A friend pointed out that without the cap, the hole could be used as a holder for the spray nozzle.
